At Cambria Bike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
